| Recipe History: | The Holidays would not be complete without Dean's sugar cookies. Her children sometimes decorated them with cinnamon-hots. These cookies freeze well (helpful for the busy holiday seasons.) | |||||||
| Ingredients: | 2 eggs 2 Cups + 4 TBS sugar 1 1/4 Cup shortening 5 Cups + 4 TBS flour 3/4 Cups milk 4 tsp baking powder 1 large bottle (or 2 small) Oil of Lemon |

| Directions: |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 till barely browning around edges (check after 10 minutes). |
