Recipe Name: Wild Rice Summer Salad

Recipe History:    
     
Ingredients:   3/4 c. uncooked wild rice (black rice)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs (hard boiled & sliced)
     
Directions:   Cook the wild rice as in basic preparation for 30 minutes.  Sauté the celery and onion until tender.  Cool.  Combine all ingredients.  Toss well and chill.  Makes 5 servings.
