Zucchini Squash Casserole
From the Kitchen of Willa Dean Bonnell Spiker
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:
- 8 oz. Herb Seasoned Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter poured over mix
- Slice 4-6 cups squash and 1/4 cup sliced onion
- Cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes
- Drain squash and onion.
- Add cup grated carrots, can of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream.
- 1/2 dressing on bottom, squash in middle and rest of dressing on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
