Zucchini Squash Casserole

  • 8 oz. Herb Seasoned Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter poured over mix
  • Slice 4-6 cups squash and 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • Cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes
  • Drain squash and onion.
  • Add cup grated carrots, can of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream.
  • 1/2 dressing on bottom, squash in middle and rest of dressing on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
